2006年,火宫殿“火神庙会”被列入省级非物质文化遗产名录,同时被国家文化部列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。同年,火宫殿湘风小吃被分别列入省级、市级非物质文化遗产名录,为湖湘庙会文化和全省餐饮产品制作技艺首开先河,也成为火宫殿人不断传承的责任和应有的社会担当。
Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum/Exhibition Hall In 2006, “Fire Temple Fair” in Huogongdian has made Hunan Provincial list of intangible cultural heritage and was listed in the national intangible cultural heritage lists by Culture of Ministry. In the same year, snacks with Hunan style in Huogongdian was listed in the provincial and municipal intangible cultural heritage lists respectively. It was the first time for temple fair culture and the food products skill in Hunan to be listed as intangible cultural heritage. It also reminds the staff in Huoggondian of the social responsibility we should take.
长沙火宫殿有限公司于2002年举办首届火宫殿迎春庙会,一举恢复了中断60余年的火宫殿庙会。如今,每逢春节、五一、端午、中秋、国庆、元旦等重大节日,火宫殿都要举办内容丰富、形式多样的节日庙会。其庙会影响不断扩大,文化内涵不断深入,成为省市媒体报道的重点,并多次进入中央电视台《新闻联播》,成为古城长沙一道亮丽的风景线。火宫殿非物质文化展览馆于2014年底修建完成并于2015年初对外开放。该馆分两层,一楼为“八大小吃”之一臭豆腐制作演示馆,演示臭豆腐的制作工艺全过程。在这里您可以了解到火宫殿臭豆腐的由来及其传承、保护、发展、制作的全部信息,还可以点上一份臭豆腐第三代传承人何谷良大师亲手烹制的“油炸臭豆腐”细细品尝。二楼综合展示火宫殿庙会、小吃、湘菜历史渊源。用图文并茂的记叙,部分小吃、湘菜模型展示。
Changsha Huogongdian Co., Ltd. held the first temple fair to greet the spring festival in 2002, restoring the traditional temple fair which was interrupted for more than 60 years. Nowadays, whenever the Spring Festival, May Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, New Year’s Day and other major festivals, Huogongdian will hold temple fairs with rich contents and various forms. With expanding influence and increasingly profound cultural connotation, temple fair in Huogongdian has received a lot of media coverage both at the provincial and municipal levels. Moreover, it was reported by CCTV News for many times, being a beautiful landscape in Changsha, the ancient city. Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum was completed in late 2014 and opened in early 2015. The museum is divided into two floors. The first floor is a demonstration hall for stinky tofu, one of the "eight snacks" in Huogogndian, showing the whole process of making stinky tofu. From here you can not only understand the origin, inheritance, preservation, development and making processes of the stinky tofu, but also taste the stinky tofu fried by He Guliang, the third generation of stinky tofu inheritors.
